THE BOOTH FAMILY began its fascination with architecture and home building in 1959 when Lloyd Booth and a gentleman who wanted to develop land started the company with a $10,000 note and hope for the American dream. Today, Prestige Homes continues to thrive in its second generation, which is now being operated by his son, Todd Booth, who maintains the family tradition of building luxury homes with pride and integrity.

Prestige Homes is the oldest locally-owned and operated homebuilder in and around San Antonio. The business has changed over the years with new products and materials, but the way the customer is treated is the same: with honesty, respect and integrity.

Today, Todd Booth and John Brown (COO) offer personalized services that set Prestige Homes apart; with a private showroom and licensed interior designer to assist in making selections, trade relations that are generations’ old as well as new ones as we move into the future.

John Brown says, “We have ‘more thought per square foot’ than any other competitive builder and after you walk our product, you will see why.“

Prestige Homes is known as the customer-focused builder. They are committed to quality products and reliability that meet and exceed the needs of their customers and result in long-term relationships. They continue to build upon their heritage of industry knowledge, integrity and values.

Inspired by the views of the outdoors, Prestige Homes designed its Parade Home with the modern Hill Country in mind. The builder designed an open concept living room, dining, and kitchen areas with high ceilings, massive windows, and pivoting glass doors to provide an experience of the stunning scenery. The modern oversized pivot front door opens into a grand entry that allows one to view through the house to the back immense glass wall, patio, and Hill Country views.

Parade Home features: three bedrooms, three and a half baths, study and large utility room, oversized garage; luxury iron front and back doors; dining room, breakfast banquette; complete outdoor kitchen, dog washing station, direct vent linear fireplace, freestanding soaker tub.

As you walk into the 3,269 sq. ft. home, you pass by a wine grotto with a contemporary iron door enclosure and wonderful leather accents inside. The kitchen cabinets set a perfect backdrop for the stunning MetroQuartz countertops, with two islands; a rustic gathering station and a working island with a large single bowl farmhouse sink. The family can gather for bite to eat at the built-in banquette or have a fine dining experience in the grand room. The home includes a GE Café Appliance including a 42” built-in fridge, and Rinnai® Tankless Water Heater.

The Master Suite is exquisite in navy and gold, using a chateau floral motif on the bathroom floor and warm wood in the bedroom. The oversized walk-thru shower and soaking tub makes for a spa-like getaway. The home, completed with two bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms, powder bath, and a study looking onto a side yard Zen garden, an oversized garage, and outdoor living area. Our home is a perfect layout for comfortable daily living and grand entertaining.
